Who is this for?

Those who've been training on and off and can't see a difference. Women who want to be strong AND feminine. Done with quick fixes, ready for a real system.

What makes your coaching different?

Seven years as a competitive CrossFit athlete. I’ve been through the elite end and the post-competition identity crisis. I know what works and why.. not from a textbook.

What does a typical week look like?

Personalized training plan, nutrition guidance, weekly check-in on all metrics, and daily access Mon–Fri. Nothing is generic, nothing is copy-paste.

How soon will I see results?

Real body composition changes take 6–8 weeks of consistent work. But you'll feel the difference in energy, strength, and how you show up within the first two weeks.

I've tried programs before and they didn't work. Why is this different?

Because it's not a program. It's a real coaching relationship. I check in every week, I respond Monday to Friday and your program is built around your body and your life from day one. I am not here to hand you a plan and disappear. I am in it with you.
